The Vasileostrovskiy District Court of St. Petersburg banned several links to network resources where songs and lyrics by rappers Scally Milano (Daniil Dmitriev) and Lovv66 (Ivan Shabashov) are freely available. The works were researched by the Center for Expertise of St. Petersburg State University. In conclusion, it is indicated that the lyrical hero in the works “positions himself as a person who uses drugs, as well as a person who approves the sale of drugs.” The experts considered that the songs are able to form in the listener the desire to “do the same”.
The musicians were charged with propaganda of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (part 1 of article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and violation of the Federal Law “On protecting children from information harmful to their health and development.” It was decided to remove malicious content from several sites, including the Genius portal, where the texts of music releases are published, the Yandex Music streaming service, audio recordings from the VKontakte social network and YouTube video hosting. In total, we are talking about 14 links on the Internet.
Earlier, the head of the public organization “Safe Internet League” Ekaterina Mizulina also drew the attention of law enforcement officers to the musician’s work. After that, the artist published the track “Give Me a Chance” and personally met with a social activist, after which she asked the TFR to cancel the verification of his songs, as well as “be more condescending” to the singer. In her Telegram channel, she wrote that the musician promised to get rid of the pro-drug vocabulary and called on his colleagues to do so. Ms. Mizulina noted that other rap artists followed suit: Pinq, Lovv66, Mayot, Soda Luv, Mukka, Heronwater and Uglystephan.

Scally Milano in an administrative case on discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Mikhail Romanov, a State Duma deputy from United Russia, asked to bring the perpetrator to justice. As lawyer Shamil Sulimanov told Kommersant, the musician will not challenge this decision.
