During the check, the police found that the father violated the rules of migration registration of the Russian Federation, and his 34-year-old wife Ellada Niftaliyeva evaded leaving Russia after the expiration of the legal period of stay. In relation to both, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up under Art. 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation”).

The parents were fined and, pending the procedure for deportation from Russia, were placed in the police temporary detention center for foreign citizens. Their children, and in addition to two sons, the migrants have a three-year-old daughter, were taken care of by the social protection authorities. The deportation of the family will be carried out by the bailiff service.
