“The court decided to satisfy the claims of Alexander Ivanovich Morozov against IP Uzenyuk A.V. and Google LLC for the recovery of compensation for moral damage, blocking of accounts and channels on the Internet, deletion of publications, the obligation to apologize, blocking of accounts, ban on engaging in any public activity to refuse,” the court decision says (quote from TASS).

The court found that the information mentioning Ms. Ivleeva in the videos does not affect the interests of the plaintiff, and her videos are marked “18+.” This became the basis for dismissing the claim in full.
Alexander Morozov, after the “almost naked” party organized on December 21 by Mrs. Ivleeva at the Moscow club “Mutabor” and which caused a wide public outcry, watched 84 videos on the “Nastya Ivleeva” channel and discovered that the presenter was “engaged in disseminating information in an indecent form.” He filed a lawsuit stating that Ms. Ivleeva swears “obscene language in public places,” “offends human dignity,” and “public morality.” He demanded that Google LLC block the presenter’s account on YouTube, and also collect 10 million rubles from the company and Ivleeva herself. in solidarity.
