Telegramm messenger will pay a fine of four million rubles for failure to comply with Roskomnadzor’s instructions. The corresponding decision was made by the Moscow Magistrate Court.
The company was found guilty of violating Article 19.7.10-4 of the Administrative Code “Failure of the owner of a social network enterprise to comply with the federal executive body exercising control and supervision functions in the field of media, mass communications, information technology and communications.”
