A court in Moscow accepted a claim against MTS for $1 billion due to Ivleeva’s party

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow accepted a claim against MTS PJSC for the recovery of $1 billion in compensation for moral damages due to a party organized by TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva with an almost naked dress code. The court refused to consider the claim against Ms. Ivleeva.

The plaintiff in the application is A. S. Treshchev. He demands to recover $1 billion from MTS to be transferred to the fund to support participants in the military operation “Defenders of the Fatherland.” “A. S. Treshchev A.S. also filed a lawsuit against Anastasia Ivleeva demanding to recover 1 billion rubles from her, which the plaintiffs intend to transfer to the same fund. However, the court did not accept this claim, since “it does not follow from the statement that moral damage to the plaintiff was caused by the joint actions of the defendants.” This is the third time that the capital’s courts refuse in the consideration of the claim against Mrs. Ivleeva.

A lawsuit against MTS over a “naked party” has been filed for the second time. In early January, a group of citizens led by actor and producer Alexander Inshakov demanded to recover $1 billion from the company, but the court refused to consider it. The claim did not provide confirmation that “A.V. Ivleeva and MTS PJSC are common defendants in relation to each member of the group indicated by A.I. MTS stated that they had nothing to do with organizing and holding the “naked party.” However, the initiative group considered that the company’s involvement in the event was indicated by the presence of MTS top management at the party, as well as “the involvement of various advertising activities.”

“This organization was initially there, its representatives, its leadership, so everyone who took part in this party must be punished, so to speak. Because while our guys and fighters are fighting for the ribbon, they are relaxing and walking here, forgetting about everything in the world. They need to be put in place. Let them go about their business directly as intended,” said RTVI Alexander Inshakov.

The party, organized by Anastasia Ivleeva, took place at the Moscow club “Mutabor” on the night of December 21, 2023. After the party participants, including many pop stars, were cut out of New Year’s programs, the rapper Vacio served two administrative arrests and received a summons to the army, the work of Mutabor was suspended after an inspection by Rospotrebnadzor for 90 days.
