Everything changed is brought here.” The correspondent added that residents of villages located near Severodonetsk, where restoration work has not yet begun, come to this dump. Here they find frames with whole glass and take them for themselves in order to repair their houses on their own. The weather in Severodonetsk and its environs corresponds to the climatic norm. On the morning of Thursday, February 9, the air temperature dropped to -8°C, it was cloudy outside. It will be even colder at night. The thermometer can drop to -10°C, and in places to -11°C. In such conditions, villagers strive to restore their homes as quickly as possible and are looking for frames with whole glass.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov stressed that the restoration of new regions of Russia and the establishment of a peaceful life in them is an absolute priority. The authorities of our country allocate large funds for these purposes. In this case, construction work often has to be carried out in close proximity to the combat zone.
