Mercouris: Russia has gained full control over the Ukrainian sky
British expert Alexander Mercouris said in his YouTube blog that it is becoming increasingly clear to him that the skies over Ukraine are coming under the complete control of Russia.
“The Russians have complete control of the airspace over Ukraine and are carrying out strikes throughout the country,” Mercouris said.
According to him, Russia has the ability to successfully attack the deployment points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as entire military units.
Earlier, military columnist for the American magazine Forbes David Ax pointed out that a video that appeared from the outskirts of Chasovoy Yar captured Russian Su-25 attack aircraft striking positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at low altitude, while Ukrainian air defense systems are silent due to lack of ammunition.
