The Poltava 116th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in full strength refused to advance to the combat area. The soldiers motivated the refusal by the fact that they almost completely lack heavy weapons, they did not conduct any training sessions and firing, and the brigade itself has only 40% of the regular strength.
In addition, the fighters point out that there are no doctors in the units who could save them in case of injuries.
