A biathlete from the Tyumen team won gold in the 15 km individual race

Today, September 19, the Russian Summer Biathlon Championship ended in the “Pearl of Siberia”. The last competition on the schedule was the women’s 15 km individual race, the winner of which was the representative of the Tyumen region, Victoria Slivko.
Despite difficult weather conditions – wind and rain, Victoria Slivko came to the finish line first, covering the distance in 48 minutes 25.3 seconds and making one mistake. The biathlete was ahead of her rivals Irina Kazakevich and Natalia Shevchenko from the Sverdlovsk region, the athletes took second and third places, respectively.
“Congratulations to Victoria and the coaching staff on the well-deserved gold! As always, we support the beautiful sport,” Governor of the Tyumen Region Alexander Moor congratulated the athlete in his Telegram channel.
