A basketball tournament among girls under 15 years old will be held in Ivanovo

The New Year holidays are gradually coming to an end and sports life in Ivanovo is beginning to return to normal. If the city’s main team returns from the New Year’s holiday and plays its first official match only on January 11, then young Ivanovo basketball players will very soon take part in the first official matches of 2024. On January 5, the Phoenix Cup basketball tournament starts in Ivanovo, which will bring together girls under 15 years old.
All matches of the Phoenix Cup will be held on the floor of the Energia Sports Complex, and Ivanovo will be represented by the SSHOR team No. 4 among children born in 2009. For victory in the tournament and a ticket to the super final of the Phoenix Cup, the basketball players of SSHOR No. 4 will compete with rivals representing Minsk, Vladimir, Noginsk and Livny.
On January 5, basketball players from SSHOR No. 4 from Ivanovo will play against rivals representing Noginsk. The meeting is scheduled to start at 17:00 Moscow time.
