The inheritance case lasted several years
The famous actress Anastasia Vertinskaya, through the court, achieved the right to dispose of the property she inherited.
As MK learned, we are talking about an apartment on Oruzheyny Lane, which once belonged to Vertinskaya’s close friend Ivetta Kvachadze. In her will, the woman (she died of cancer in Germany in 2009) indicated that the apartment should be sold, and the proceeds from the sale should be distributed among four heirs. Among them was a star of the Russian screen, and Vertinskaya was supposed to get the majority – 2/3, while the rest – only 1/9.
However, the parties could not reach an agreement for a long time: the executor was not named, and one of the heirs constantly challenged a number of provisions of the will. Only two days ago, the Khamovnichesky Court of the capital finally ruled in favor of Vertinskaya and two other heirs and approved the procedure for executing the will.
