Mobilization agendas can be issued by teachers

Teachers can issue subpoenas calling Russians to the mobilization service if they have been authorized by the head of the mobilization commission. About it said in the Telegram channel of the portal “Explain.rf”.

“The head of the municipality, as the chairman of the mobilization commission, can authorize a civilian to issue subpoenas to citizens” – such an answer was given to the question of the legality of involving teachers in the work of serving subpoenas.

Partial mobilization has been in effect in Russia since September 21. On the site “Explain.rf” saidthat the summons can be served by an employee of the military registration and enlistment office and other citizens authorized by the military commissar, who are part of his reinforcement apparatus.
