Russia will not restrict the issuance of foreign passports amid mobilization

Due to partial mobilization, the issuance of Russian passports will not be limited, explains Explain.rf.

But if a citizen has already been called up for military service or has received a summons (whether by mobilization or by conscription), then he will be denied a foreign passport.

In this case, he will definitely be issued a notice indicating: the reason for the refusal, its validity period, the name and address of the legal entity responsible for restricting the citizen’s right to leave the Russian Federation.
