The mayor of Nevinnomyssk, Mikhail Minenkov, called on residents to “plow and give birth” so that the city does not turn into “all these shitty Marseilles” or US cities, “where there are a lot of drug addicts in the city center.” The video was published on the mayor’s Telegram channel.
“… all these traditional values are going away. We will die out if we don’t give birth…. Otherwise we will turn into all these pissed Marseilles…”, Minenkov said.
Earlier, the head of Nevinnomyssk advised men not to sleep at night, to sneak up on their beloved, so that in 9 months a record number of babies would appear in the city. Minenkov noted that the development of society is unrealistic without the right guidelines; it is also hampered by a “demographic hole.”
