According to a survey by the SuperJob service, 62% of Russians experience stress due to the need to return to work after the New Year holidays. Only one in three workers do not experience stress. It is clarified that those who enjoy their work calmly return to work after the holidays.
1.6 thousand employed respondents took part in the survey. The dates for its holding have not been specified. The results of the study are reported by RIA Novosti.
The survey showed that 23% of respondents are doing nothing to reduce the stress of returning to work after the holidays. 7% said that “they knock each other out,” and from the first day they throw themselves into their work. Every 20th respondent practices self-hypnosis and meditation. 3% try to get enough sleep and exercise.
Another 3% of survey participants are convinced that a glass of good alcohol with dinner helps cope with stress. 3% say that there is less stress if you had a good rest during the holidays, and 3% also advise not to strain yourself during the first working days. 2% of respondents drink sedatives during the first working days, another 2% fight stress by communicating with family and friends.
November SuperJob survey showedthat 61% of Russians support the bill to reduce the working week from 40 to 39 hours. It turned out that women (67%) are more likely to support the initiative than men (56%). 16% of respondents were against it.
