The Moscow Arbitration Court declared the Russian subsidiary of Google bankrupt.
The initial bankruptcy procedure for Google LLC was introduced at the end of autumn by the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal at the organization’s own request.
At the end of August, when the first meeting of Google creditors took place, voting claims in the amount of approximately 20.2 billion rubles were added to their register of claims. The main voting creditor in the register is the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation with claims amounting to about 19.6 billion rubles.
