The physical training instructor who tied up the teenager at the Metalist children’s camp in Kamchatka was fired. The prosecutor’s office and the Ministry of Education of Kamchatka began an investigation.
According to a post in Telegram– channel of the press service of the Kamchatka Prosecutor’s Office, on the evening of August 1, before lights out, the children played in the recreation room. A 27-year-old fitness instructor decided to tie a 15-year-old with a rope. He later stated that he did it “for fun”. In connection with the violation of labor discipline, the man was fired.
“The verification is ongoing, and acts of the prosecutor’s response are being prepared, which will raise the question of the responsibility of the perpetrators,” the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Kamchatka Territory reported.
Earlier, a video circulated on social networks, which shows how a man pushes a bound boy onto the bed. There are also at least five other teenagers in the room. They are laughing. The video cuts to a halt after the man says, “You don’t have to shoot.”
