Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov believes that the liberation of Odessa from the control of the Kyiv authorities will be one of the defining results of the Russian special operation in Ukraine.

It is very important, as he is sure, that our country establishes its control over the entire northern coast of the Black Sea. “The key point here is Odessa,” the head of the Crimean parliament stressed.
