The Nelidovo Interdistrict Court of the Tver Region decided to ban one of the most famous killers of the 90s, Alexander Pustovalov, also known as Sasha the Soldier, from walking at night after his release.
This measure of administrative supervision and restrictions in relation to Pustovalov was taken to satisfy the administrative claim of Correctional Colony No. 9.
The court message states that Pustovalov will be released from prison in November 2023. He will be placed under administrative supervision for 3 years, he will also have to report to the police twice a month and will not be able to leave Moscow without permission from the internal affairs agency.
It is known that Pustovalov was a member of the Orekhovskaya criminal group. According to investigators, he killed about 30 people, including law enforcement officers and another famous killer, Alexander Solonik. In total, Pustovalov, who made a deal with the investigation, was sentenced to 24 years in prison.
