71% of Moscow office employees would like to work in a hybrid format – Kommersant

The hybrid work format remains practically unavailable for employees of Moscow offices, said Ekaterina Chichek, director of key account relations for the corporate services department at CORE.XP. HR forum, organized by Kommersant. According to a survey conducted by CORE.XP analysts, 87% of respondents work from the office on a permanent basis, while 71% of employees would like to work in a hybrid format.
According to Ms. Cicek, among the main advantages of working from the office, respondents note personal contact with colleagues, higher efficiency and increased motivation to work. Remote work is preferred to save travel time and to achieve work-life balance.
According to CBRE research, 38% of the world’s employees work from the office on a daily basis, and 43% are in the office three to four days a week. The largest number of employees who work permanently from the office are located in Japan (61%) and Italy (59%). In China, India and Denmark, the most popular format is to work in the office three to four days a week.
