According to the survey, about 30% of respondents said that their efficiency at work drops by 51-57% due to lack of sleep.
According to the study, citizens aged 35 to 44 suffer the most from lack of sleep. Women are more likely to complain about lack of sleep – 58%. Among the reasons that interfere with sleep, respondents named evening leisure (43%), health problems (31%) and the need to work or study overtime (30%).
