45% of working Russians have experienced professional burnout, 15% (more than 13 million Russians) are currently experiencing it, follows from the results of a study by the NAFI analytical center, which cites RBC. Almost half of respondents (42%) consider stress at work to be the main cause of burnout.
The NAFI survey involved 1,000 employed Russians over 18 years of age.
Most often, according to the survey, burnout is experienced by women (55%), civil service workers (76%), those employed in the field of mining (68%) and education (59%), middle managers (58%) and qualified specialists (52%).
Among the factors leading to burnout, respondents also noted inadequate assessment of work results, including lack of feedback and underestimates. This factor was indicated by 31% of respondents. 22% of respondents named conflicts with management and colleagues among the reasons for overtime.
