22 ideas of citizens will be brought to life based on the results of the Pets in Moscow project

The results of the project “Pets in Moscow”, which took place on the platform “City of Ideas”, were summed up. 22 ideas of citizens to develop infrastructure for walking with dogs and educate pet owners will be implemented.
In total, more than 14.5 thousand people took part in the Pets in Moscow project on the City of Ideas platform. 1806 ideas were received from them in different thematic areas of the project. The most popular direction was “Comfortable use of the site” – the participants made 670 proposals. In second place is “Development of dog walking areas” (594 ideas), in third place is “Events for owners” (542 ideas).
As a result, the experts selected 22 ideas, which will be implemented in the capital, according to the official website of the Moscow Mayor. Among them, for example, are the proposals of Elena Polunina – to create not just playgrounds, but special parks for walking with dogs, divided into zones according to the size or nature of the pets, Tatyana Mareeva – to plant bushes and trees on walking grounds, Irina Rozhnova – to install on dog platforms information stands for the exchange of information about the chats of dog lovers, lost and found pets, holding thematic lectures and master classes for dog lovers. Also for the owners of dogs will be held seminars and master classes on keeping pets and caring for them.
