200 longevity gathered in Serpukhov Park for exercise

On the territory of the Moscow region, including in the urban district of Serpukhov, on August 30, a physical culture and sports campaign “Charging longevity” was held.
In the park named after Oleg Stepanov, 200 longevents from Serpukhov, Pushchino, Chekhov, Protvino gathered. They took part in exercises, warm-ups, master classes in breathing exercises, aerobics and zumba.
The campaign was held as part of the Active Longevity project. In our city, it was organized by employees of the Serpukhovsky KTsSOiR.
