20 teams took part in the children’s beach soccer tournament in Temryuk district

A massive children’s beach soccer tournament was held on the territory of the Temryuk municipality. 20 teams from various districts of the region and the Rostov region took part in the Summer Cup 2023. The guys competed in the village of Peresyp.

The tournament took place during the implementation of the project of the united league of Kuban “Sports Beach”. The awards were drawn in 4 age categories. Athletes spent 3 days of competition in 30 matches.

So, the best in the groups of 2008-2009 and 2010-2011 years of birth were the representatives of the academy “Krasnodar-UMR”. In the age group born in 2012-2013, the victory was won by pupils of the Belorechensk sports school “Youth”. Among the guys born in 2014-2015, the “gold” was taken by the “Legion” team from the Rostov region. During the three days of the tournament, the athletes played more than thirty matches.

Yuri Krasheninnikov, 3-time world champion in beach soccer as part of the Russian national team, became a special guest of the competition. The athlete expressed his gratitude to the organizers of the tournament and wished good luck to the guys.

According to the champion, the competitions were held at a high organizational level. The athlete stressed that he was glad to see many children’s teams at the competition. Yuri Krasheninnikov noted that the guys have a great opportunity to show their strength in competitions on the territory of the region.
