Telegram channel SHOT reports that in the Moscow region, a woman weighing 157 kilograms did not notice that she was pregnant, and only at the sixth month she suspected that something was wrong with her, when she began to have sudden mood swings, it became difficult for her to walk and she began to gain weight rapidly.
According to the publication, a 32-year-old resident of Naro-Fominsk, Moscow Region, went to the clinic to find out what was wrong with her, and during an ultrasound scan it turned out that she was 29 weeks pregnant. SHOT noted that the woman was rushed to a local perinatal center.
The telegram channel indicated that at a period of 36 weeks, doctors conducted training aimed at maturing the baby’s lungs, and at 37 weeks she had a caesarean section. It is noted that the situation was complicated by the large weight of the patient, as well as previously diagnosed type 2 diabetes, but the operation was successful. SHOT added that thanks to the efforts of doctors, the woman gave birth to a healthy girl weighing 3400 grams and 54 centimeters tall, and they have already been discharged home.
