Krasnoyarsk hosted the All-Russian tennis competition among juniors under 17. Krasnoyarsk athlete Kristina Kamolova won the championship among girls. More about this was told in the regional government, as well as in the Ministry of Sports of the region.
Krasnoyarsk young athlete Kristina Kamolova won gold at the XXIV All-Russian tennis competition named after V.N. Gulidova. The winner is only 12 years old, but she has already become the best among junior girls under 17 years old. In the final, Kristina managed to beat Alisa Reznik from Novosibirsk, who is 15 years old. The girl took the silver. The Krasnoyarsk athlete said that she was very worried when she realized that now was the final and the last game. She also thanked her family, teners and friends for their support.
There were no Krasnoyarsk winners in the youth championship, as well as in mixed doubles. Thus, Artem Bukin from Novosibirsk took the gold among juniors, and the duet from Tomsk, Victoria Samarina and Atem Markelov, took the winners in mixed doubles.
In total, more than 50 tennis players from 13 regions of Russia took part in the tournament.
