As part of the all-Russian competition “Champion Heights” on the basis of the “Malinovka” center in the village of Kononovskaya, Ustyansky District, starts will be held with the participation of world-class skiing stars.
“Champion Heights” is called a worthy alternative to the World Cup. This also applies to the composition of the participants and the organization of the ski slopes.
One of the most interesting “Malinov” trails is the “left” skating five. It is famous for its unique ascent almost to the very top of the ski slope, which requires maximum endurance from athletes. From this ascent, a serpentine of descents leads directly to the finish line. This track will be used for separate starts at 10 km and 15 km, as well as mass starts at 30 km and 50 km.
