The detainee hid in the apartment of her son, who works as a law enforcement officer. The woman planned to run away abroad with the money and hid from the police for two days. On the third day, she was found and detained. The fraudster had to be literally pulled out of the apartment.
The court of Krasnoyarsk will choose a measure of punishment for Elena Magomedselimova.
Earlier, Oleg Mitvol confessed to the case of embezzlement of 900 million rubles during the construction of the metro in Krasnoyarsk.
In addition, the Central District Court of the city has several criminal cases involving former chairman of the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Yuri Lapshin, ex-head of the regional transport department Konstantin Mandrov, ex-minister of transport of the region Konstantin Dimitrov.
