100 people have already registered for the Sakhalin Ski Marathon in memory of Farkhutdinov

The first 100 people registered for the XXV International Sakhalin Ski Marathon in memory of I.P. Farkhutdinova. It will be held in the island region on March 8 and 9, the press service of the regional Ministry of Sports reported.
Athletes from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kogalym, Vladivostok, Rybinsk, Yekaterinburg, Tula, Samara, Kazan, Syktyvkar, Naro-Fominsk, Khabarovsk and Novosibirsk have already registered for the marathon. Registration will last until March 4. Participants who submit an application before January 1 will be given a personal number.
The anniversary marathon will run for two days. Athletes can race in classic and free styles. The total prize fund of the Sakhalin ski marathon this year will be 3.5 million rubles. Participants will also receive gifts from partners and an entertainment program at the finish line in the city park of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
The organizers of the Sakhalin ski marathon are the government of the Sakhalin region, the regional Ministry of Sports, the sports training center of the Sakhalin region, the SShOR winter sports, Russialoppet.
