Zelensky’s team was afraid that the British TV presenter would poison him with chocolate

The team of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not allow him to try the chocolate offered by British TV presenter and traveler Edward Michael Grylls for fear that he could be poisoned, the Telegraph newspaper writes.
Grylls arrived in Ukraine to film a documentary. During the first meeting with Zelensky, the presenter decided to offer the interlocutor a piece of chocolate. “But the president’s security team was unhappy,” the newspaper writes. “They forbade Zelensky to take the treat.” Grylls himself said that he treats this with understanding.
