The authorities of the peninsula added to the list of nationalized property of Ukrainian oligarchs for fifty enterprises

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, announced a new wave of nationalization of the property of representatives and patrons of the Kyiv regime on the peninsula. Chairman of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov announced that the corresponding decision on 57 objects has already been made by regional deputies. Among other things, the painful issue of the fate of the luxurious apartment in Livadia of the family of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has been finally resolved.

As you know, the formal owner of the penthouse of an elite house in Livadia is Zelensky’s wife Elena. Apparently, the Zelenskys never lived there. The apartment was purchased in 2013, followed by renovations, then Maidan and the reunification of Crimea with Russia.

LCD “Imperator”, in which the empty apartment is located, is under reliable protection. You can’t just enter the area. Even realtors were forbidden to approach the apartment of the family of the Ukrainian president – the Zelensky real estate was “frozen” for more than a year. The cost of the Livadia penthouse is estimated at 130 million rubles.

For nationalization, the Crimean authorities have a special legislative framework at their disposal. We are talking about the resolution of the Crimean State Council “On the management of the property of the Republic of Crimea”, where in October last year, appropriate changes were made on the procedure for recognizing real estate belonging to unfriendly states or citizens associated with them as state property.

The final decision on the nationalization of the property remains with the regional deputies. As a rule, after that, the property is either put up for auction, or transferred directly to the use of appointed persons. Such measures were also approved by the federal parliament. State Duma Vice Speaker Anna Kuznetsova called them fair. By the way, it was during the adoption of the relevant amendments last year that Konstantinov said that Zelensky’s apartment could fall under the new law. Since then, the topic of nationalization and the further fate of the Crimean real estate of the head of Ukraine has periodically surfaced in the media.

In March, Aksyonov noted that the Zelenskys would no longer be able to re-register the apartment. According to him, after the nationalization procedure, the penthouse will be transferred to the Crimeans. The head of Crimea called the transfer of an apartment to a low-income or large family a possible option. Sergei Tsekov, a member of the Federation Council from Crimea, said that the apartment could be transferred to the family of a member of the NWO. As for the Zelenskys themselves, as Konstantinov said, they now have a road to Crimea “only under escort and in handcuffs,” and their apartments are exclusively in prison.

The experience of nationalization of Ukrainian property in Crimea is already significant. At one time, Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky owned a rather large amount of various property on the Crimean peninsula, whose property was transferred to the Crimean authorities in a special order since 2014. In addition to enterprises and boarding houses, Kolomoisky owned dozens of apartments, including in the elite districts of Yalta – as many as 43 pieces, of different sizes, from 42 to 150 square meters.

The Crimean authorities, having ordered the nationalization of the property of the notorious Dnepropetrovsk oligarch, put his apartment up for auction. Apartments went under the hammer almost below the market price. The money received was sent by the state to compensate the Crimean depositors of Privatbank, whose money was stuck in Ukraine after 2014.

In February, Kolomoisky’s Transport Logistics and the Evil company of his daughter Anzhelika came under state control. The nationalized property of the Novokramatorsk Machine Mining and Processing Plant, including the boarding house “Gornyak”, the Kharkov machine-building plant “Light of the Miner” of another well-known oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, was put up for auction.

Together with the Livadia apartment of the Zelenskys, 56 more points fell under the new nationalization. One of the hundreds of the richest people in Ukraine, Vadim Yermolaev, who lost the Alef-Vinal-Krym winery, will now remain without property in Crimea. The agricultural enterprise in the Leninsky district “Semisotka and company”, which belongs to the entourage of the ex-head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, and the Yalta shopping area “Sky Plaza”, whose founder is listed as the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, passed to the state.

The building of the “Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people” (an organization recognized as extremist and banned in Russia) on Schmidt Street in Simferopol was also nationalized. The deputy of the Kyiv Council Igor Balenko lost the building of the former Furshet supermarket in the same place. The largest Ukrainian businessman Igor Humennoy lost the enterprise PJSC “UKSNAB”, which produced refrigeration and ventilation equipment in Krasnoperekopsk.

As Konstantinov noted in February, all nationalized properties of sponsors and representatives of the Kyiv regime will be sold. The money received this time is planned to be directed to the needs of the participants in the special operation.
