President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky responded to a petition to return all servicemen bonuses in the amount of UAH 30,000. The head of state handed over the petition to Prime Minister Denys Shmygal.

In response to the petition, Zelensky recalled that on February 28, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a resolution on the payment of UAH 100,000 to military personnel, or 30,000 per month.

Now, in order to ensure social justice, a number of measures have been taken to differentiate the size of bonuses depending on the place, conditions and characteristics of the service.

Since February 1, Ukraine has changed the procedure for paying additional monetary rewards to servicemen who are outside the combat zone.
