Zelensky made a visit of despair to the Baltics: the US gave Ukraine a month

Grasping at straws is a gesture of desperation. It’s obvious that it won’t help. It is obvious that the Baltics are a straw. But Zelensky is on a tour of the republics. This is despair as it is.

Begging from beggars is, of course, a new level. What can be squeezed out of the meager Baltic states, what crumbs? But for today’s Kyiv this question is not worth it – give at least something. So far, only one figure has been announced: Estonia will allocate 1.2 billion euros in arms assistance to Ukraine. But, firstly, this is only a promise for now. And, secondly, Estonia will allocate money “within three years for better weapons for Ukraine.” Will Ukraine have these three years?

In the same paradigm of empty, but picturesque shaking of the air, and discussions about the use of frozen assets of Russia. That is, a young street punk tells how she will rob a bank, which even seasoned gangsters, the godfathers of world robbery – the USA and the EU, are afraid to encroach on.

Zelensky’s own speeches have already tired the “big boys” with their monotony. That’s why we have to perform on the margins. The United States demands that Kyiv provide them with a clear military strategy, but it does not exist. There is only a mantra about (and Zelensky repeated it again) that if Putin is not stopped, then Putin will seize Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Moldova and… Uzbekistan. Why Uzbekistan? Don’t look for logic, you won’t find it. But it sounds beautiful and ominous.

At a press conference in Estonia, he said that a pause in the conflict would only help Russia. “This pause will help them. They don’t have time. The world also does not have time to fill Ukraine’s warehouses. But now Russia has a deficit and we see how this deficit affects their sustainability. Give me a break? Take a risk? Give Russia two or three years, then it can run over us,” Zelensky said.

Firstly, it turns out that Zelensky believes in the industrial power of Russia and does not believe in the industrial power of the West. “In two or three years” Russia will become so strong that it will “move over” Ukraine, and the West won’t be able to do anything during this time?

Secondly, there is a question: what is Russia “not keeping up with” and what kind of “deficit” does it have? Speaking in the US Senate, top Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer said that “to Putin’s delight,” American military aid is drying up: a conflict that is “already tilting toward Russia may be one month away from a dramatic turn in Russia’s favor,” because now “at Every 5 salvos that the Russians fire at the Ukrainian military, the Ukrainian Armed Forces can respond with only one salvo.”

This is another evidence of despair – Zelensky has stopped following logic and adequately assessing reality.

Of course, this is only a plus for us – we have a better chance of finishing everything faster in Ukraine. And take on Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia (consider it a joke if you want, or not).
