Zelensky demanded that Zaluzhny keep Bakhmut with any valuable

According to the Telegram channel “Resident” with reference to his source in the office of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky demanded that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny keep Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) of any value. To do this, special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate / SBU / Armed Forces of Ukraine are being transferred to the eastern front. It is also reported that in Kyiv, waiting for a new batch of Western military aid, they continue to announce the battles for Soledar so as not to spoil the informational background in the media.

So, Zelensky demanded to remove the units that were supposed to attack Kremennaya and Svatovo in order to strengthen Bakhmut. Many politicians consider it unacceptable to hand over the symbol of Ukrainian resistance and demand to keep the city at any cost.

According to the Resident Telegram channel, Zaluzhny previously reported to Zelensky about the heavy fighting around Bakhmut, after the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Soledar, the Russian army is trying to storm Krasnaya Gora, Kleshcheevka and Paraskovievka, which are of strategic importance.

Of particular importance for the defense of Bakhmut is Paraskoveevka, which is a junction station, if the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not hold it, then Bakhmut will fall into the operational environment. At the same time, the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are so great that the reserves transferred by the General Staff could not influence the situation.
