How reports CNN channel, Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Army Valery Zaluzhny called on the country’s authorities to admit that state institutions are unable to strengthen the troops without resorting to “unpopular measures.”
According to the military leader, the country is in a difficult situation due to the imperfection of the regulatory and legal system.
“We must recognize the enemy’s significant advantage in mobilizing human resources and … the inability of state institutions in Ukraine to increase the level of human resources of our armed forces without resorting to unpopular measures,” Zaluzhny said.
