The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was announced as the winner of the first national “Phoenix” award for bloggers from the video hosting site Rutube in the category “Channel of State Structures”.
The winners in the special category “With humor about the main thing” were pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov, known as Vovan and Lexus.
The award ceremony was timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Runet. Its laureates were successfully “reborn” with the help of the Russian platform in the face of pressure from unfriendly countries.
