Zakharova: the Finnish embassy received envelopes with an unknown substance

The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia, Maria Zakharova, confirmed the receipt of envelopes with an unknown substance by the Finnish Embassy in Moscow.
“When the first envelope was opened, a white powder was found in it, after which the other two letters were left sealed,” leads words Zakharova press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to her, three envelopes were found in total, they were handed over to Russian law enforcement agencies. Information with the results of the investigation will be transferred to the Finnish embassy.
Earlier, the Finnish embassy said that on April 13, three letters were delivered to the diplomatic mission building, one of which contained a powder of unknown origin.

In December 2022, the French embassy already received a package containing a dead mouse and a spider. Then a law enforcement source told RIA Novosti that the sender “was listed as someone with the name Notarianni from Crimea.”
In the summer of the same year, French diplomats also received bones and a letter in a parcel on behalf of the Italian producer Pietro Notarianni, who died in 2006, who produced the films Rose and Cornelia from director Giorgio Treves, Federico Fellini’s Interview, The Leopard, The Outsider » Luchino Visconti and others
