As part of the weekly briefing, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry said: “Sanctions are not the name of what is happening, they are a way of implementing the assigned tasks. But the tasks and goals are formulated precisely in the context of the beginning of a real trade war, which was literally declared by the collective West.”
Zakharova clarified that during the adopted 12th package of anti-Russian sanctions, a ban was introduced on the import of Russian aluminum products. A good half of those who signed the document were Anglo-Saxons.
“Anti-Russian restrictions are once again being used for unfair competition,” Zakharova emphasized.
