The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that she was receiving reports of “filtration measures” allegedly carried out by the Ukrainian security forces and “neo-Nazi armed groups” in areas from which the Russian Armed Forces had previously withdrawn as part of the announced regrouping.
“Thousands of people pass through them,” Zakharova said in a telegram channel. “It’s scary to imagine what the Armed Forces of Ukraine are doing to them now.”
In her opinion, “first of all, we are talking about the murders of these people” – “supporters of Russia, holders of Russian passports.” Incoming reports, Zakharova argues, “emphasize that all residents will be subjected to forcible Ukrainization.”
She also stated that “the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are really engaged in looting, torture, beatings and execution,” and filming it on video, “in order to later shift the responsibility for their crimes to Russia.”
