Zakharova proposed strengthening the security of Telegram headquarters after Budanov’s words*
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova ironically commented on the statement of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov (*listed as terrorists and extremists in Russia) that the Telegram messenger represents a problem of the day of Ukrainian national security.
The diplomat wrote in her Telegram channel that the creator of the messenger, Pavel Durov, should urgently take measures to strengthen the security of the company’s headquarters and its employees “after the Budanov revelations.”
Zakharova added that an attack by the “banned terrorist organization ISIS” is now possible on the Telegram headquarters.
