Zakharova reproached the West for political manipulations in Ukraine

The West is “politically maneuvering” in the Ukrainian conflict, while not stopping the supply of ammunition and military equipment to the country. This statement was made by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova at a press conference in TASS.
According to her, the people on the territory of Ukraine became a “terrorist stuffing”, and it was the Western elites who pushed them into this conflict. “… (Western countries) supply weapons to them (the Armed Forces of Ukraine), support them and at the same time continue to maneuver politically,” Zakharova reproached.
In addition, as the diplomat pointed out, “all these same foreign ministers” from Germany, France, the USA, Poland, and Canada took part in the Maidan in 2013-2014. In her opinion, at the same time, the West destroyed the sprouts of Ukraine’s sovereignty, “which only seemed to be breaking through somewhere.”
