Zakharova: Russia’s relations with France and Germany have fallen to their lowest level

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the signing of a security agreement with Kiev by Berlin and Paris does not affect relations with Moscow.

She clarified that at the moment these relations are at an unprecedented low level.

“Regarding Russian-French and Russian-German relations, I would like to note that at present there is little that can affect them for the worse. These relations are already at an unprecedented low level,” Zakharova said.

According to her, the ex-partners left behind a large amount of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation that had been accumulated over several generations.

“I would like to note that this is not our choice. Recently, we have seen how the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance are pumping up the Kiev regime with modern lethal systems. Among other things, they supply Ukraine with intelligence data and train Ukrainian soldiers,” the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized.
