Zakharova reminded Stoltenberg, Borrell and Biden of NATO statements on Yugoslavia

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, drawing a parallel with the Ukrainian conflict in her Telegram channel, reminded Western politicians that during the bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999 they were calm about the destruction of the country’s energy infrastructure.
Zakharova quoted an excerpt from a statement by NATO spokeswoman Jamie Shea made in Brussels on May 25, 1999.
