Zakharova announced the formation of a list of Russians for evacuation from Palestine

Lists for the evacuation of citizens from Palestine are being formed. Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this on Thursday, October 12, on the air of Solovyov Live.

Let us recall that on Saturday morning, October 7, the paramilitary Palestinian movement Hamas attacked populated areas in Israel. The cities and towns located near the border with the Gaza Strip, from where the attack took place, suffered the greatest damage. In response to the aggression, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) began striking Palestinian territory. “As for the Gaza Strip, as for Ramallah and Palestine in principle, lists are now being formed,” Zakharova said. – There are a lot of people. As you understand, there are no regular flights there, and there is no way for them to independently get to those places from where they could leave this territory in the direction of Russia and catch a regular flight.” The diplomat added that for this reason, evacuation measures are being worked out in an interdepartmental format with the involvement of Russian foreign agencies. “This work is underway,” emphasized the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

On the eve of “MK” reportedthat Zakharova advised Russians to evacuate from Israel on regular flights. Earlier, hundreds of Russian citizens asked to be evacuated from Israel to the Russian Embassy in the country. Russian Ambassador to Tel Aviv Anatoly Viktorov informed that two Russian airlines regularly fly from Tel Aviv to Sochi and Mineralnye Vody.
