The entrepreneur also expects dividend payments from the company’s key asset, MTS PJSC.
In 2022, Sistema did not pay dividends. The decision was explained by high market volatility and the priority of ensuring the financial stability and liquidity of the corporation. At the end of 2020, AFC payments amounted to 0.31 rubles. per share (total – 2.9 billion rubles).
In April, AFK announced its intention to terminate depository agreements with the London Stock Exchange. At the same time, Sistema instructed the depositary bank to terminate the program of global depositary receipts (GDRs). AFK Sistema plans to complete the delisting by May 14, after which trading in the company’s shares will continue on the Moscow and St. Petersburg stock exchanges.
