AFK Sistema bought 100% in the authorized capital of Organic Rus, which owns the cosmetics manufacturer Natura Siberica, follows from press release. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed, any of its details are not given.
In 2022, Natura Siberica’s revenue reached RUB 10.2 billion. The company produces products under the brands “Grandma Agafia’s Recipes”, Planeta Organica, Organic Shop, Organic People, Organic Kitchen.
Natura Siberica was founded in 2008 by Andrey Trubnikov. He died in January 2021, after which a corporate conflict began with his ex-wife Irina Trubnikova, who owns 40% of Natura Siberica. In January 2022, the CEO of Natura Siberica structures became former CEO of AFK Sistema Felix Lieb.
