“I am very glad, at the invitation of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, to return to the land of our close neighbor on a state visit. On behalf of the Chinese government and people, I express sincere greetings and best wishes to the government and people of Russia. He also added that he expects to discuss international issues with Putin and outline a plan for the development of strategic cooperation. The Chinese President expressed his readiness to stand guard over the world order based on the international legal order, together with Russia.
