WSJ: German investigators believe that there was a sabotage at Nord Stream

Investigators in Germany have determined that a series of explosions near the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines was most likely a sabotage. The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing officials familiar with the investigation. Who exactly carried out the explosions is unknown.
