WSJ: G7 countries gathered to approve plan to cap Russian oil prices

According to wsj.com, finance ministers of the G7 countries plan to agree on a plan to set a ceiling price for Russian oil. It is also planned to set the maximum cost of fuel oil and other petroleum products.
Ministers should decide on the cost of oil on September 2, the newspaper claims.
G7 (Group of Seven, “Group of Seven”, or, as it is called in Russia, “Big Seven”) is an informal international club that includes Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Canada, USA, France and Japan. From 1997 to 2014, the organization also included Russia.
Earlier it was reported that the ceiling of prices for Russian oil of the G7 countries is planned by December.
